DynasDee Confirms Shareholder-Initiated Leadership Confidence Vote
OFFICIAL STATEMENT ON SHAREHOLDER ACTIVISM, COMMISSIONER CONFIDENCE, AND IMMINENT LEADERSHIP VOTE
DynasDee (“the League”) confirms that recent activity within its ownership group has taken on the characteristics of a hostile corporate takeover, driven by coordinated shareholder advocacy led by Yams.
Over the past several weeks, Yams has actively engaged fellow shareholders to consolidate voting influence and challenge the League’s current governance structure. These efforts have culminated in a formal call for a vote of confidence in Commissioner Schlerb, citing concerns around leadership direction and long-term value creation.
In accordance with League bylaws, a Vote of No Confidence will be conducted at the next scheduled shareholders’ meeting. Commissioner Schlerb will retain full authority until the conclusion of that vote.
DynasDee Insiders will provide further updates following the meeting and reminds all parties that, despite appearances, this remains a fantasy football league—not a Fortune 500 boardroom (legally speaking).

In a class lacking top-tier talent at premium positions, Tennessee pairing him with Cam Ward could accelerate the offense’s development.
